During my internship with DaMar Staffing Solutions, I gained hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing, research, and content-driven projects. I led SEO optimization efforts for the company website, creating page descriptions and image metadata to improve visibility. I developed candidate profiles, research briefs, and strategic recommendations for client projects, including enrollment strategies for Liberty Grove School and platform comparisons for tools like Teachable and Enroll Indy. I produced presentations and data visualizations to highlight performance trends, as well as curated a polished digital strategy outline and presentation using principles from industry experts. My work also included setting up DaMar’s Instagram presence, creating AI-assisted demo ads, and leveraging advanced creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Leonardo.ai, and ElevenLabs. This experience strengthened my skills in strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and delivering polished, actionable materials that align with organizational goals.
